Ordering Information
Please note we provide an on-line, phone and mail order
service for our products. Scraptastic is run from a studio
which is unattended from time to time. You are welcome to
pick up your orders by prior arrangement.
Minimum
Order
There is no minimum order.
GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and are
GST inclusive.
Payment
Information
We accept MasterCard, Visa,
money orders, cheques, direct debit and cash. For cheque
orders - goods will be sent after cheque has cleared
(usually 4-5 days).
Refund
Policy
We aim to satisfy our customers. Please
contact Scraptastic if any products you receive are
defective or damaged. Contact must be made within 10 days of
receiving the order. The items will be replaced or a refund
issued. No refund or exchange available for change of mind.
Delivery
Terms
We aim for a 24-48 hour turn around time
on all orders. Please allow up to two weeks for receipt of
your order. If there is any delay in despatching your order,
you will be contacted by email. Scraptastic does not
routinely backorder if an item is unavailable at the time of
order. However if want an item to be backordered please
indicate this on your order. If paying by cheque, money
order or direct deposit– payment must be received within 14
days or the order will be cancelled. Please note items can
go out of stock if there is a delay in making payment. Some
items are not routinely kept in stock - we will let you know
if we need to get your item in.
International Orders
Scraptastic is located in Sydney. All international orders
will have exact postage charged - please email for a postage
quote info@scraptastic.net.au
You will receive an email
confirming the total of your order prior to your credit card
being charged. Your order will not be processed until you
have approved the postage fees
Delivery
Fees
No postage charges on orders above $60, containing only GSD cutting files or Scraptastic
Membership. All other orders
below $60.00 will have exact postage charged (the shopping
cart automatically calculates this). Orders valued greater
than $100 are sent via registered delivery with insurance.
Registered delivery for orders under $100 is available for
an extra $2.50

Most orders are sent via Australia Post.
Scraptastic will not be held responsible for orders that go
missing in the post. Parcels can be sent by registered post
if requested. Express post and courier options are available
by request.

Please note if item/s are small and/or
light – the actual postage cost may be cheaper than the
quoted fees in the shopping cart, and customers will be charged accordingly.
Please note that credit cards are not charged until the
postage has been checked first.

All images have been scanned or
photographed to best depict the true colours of the
products. However the colours on screen may vary from the
true colours of the products. Please be aware of this before
purchase.
